Aram.. what's the latest?

Well Mark… a student identified as 18-year-old Vladislav Roslyakov went through the college in the city of Kerch on Wednesday carrying a firearm and then began shooting at fellow students.
Officials said the fourth-year student later killed himself in the college library.
His mother, a nurse, was helping to treat victims at a local hospital after the shootings, yet unaware that her son was accused of the rampage and was already dead.
Officials also said an explosive device had detonated in the dining area before the shooting and investigators said they found a second device which they disarmed.
Such school shootings are rare in Crimea and it wasn’t clear what prompted the suspect, who was described as a shy loner, to go on the rampage.
Russia annexed Crimea from Ukraine in 2014, prompting international condemnation and Western sanctions, but since then there have been no major outbreaks of violence on the peninsula.
Russia's Investigative Committee had earlier described the incident as a terrorist act, but later re-classified the case as mass murder.
President Vladimir Putin said the attack was a "tragic event" and expressed condolences to the victims' relatives.
Three days of mourning in Crimea have been declared from Thursday.
