He is one of the justices already on the court.
Yoo Nam-seok... is tapped to replace the outgoing chief justice, Lee Jin-sung, next month.
But first he'll have to go through a parliamentary confirmation hearing.
If appointed, Yoo's term will start retroactively with his tenure as a justice, which means he'll serve until 2022.
