Good morning, those in central regions will have another wet day.

The Chungcheong-do Provinces and inland regions of Gyeongsangbuk-do Province are seeing heavy showers falling at a rate of 30 millimeters an hour.

Daejeon saw over 140 millimeters, and a heavy rain warning remains in place in there. The alerts have also been expanded to more central regions.

But overall, the northern regions will see more showers into Wednesday afternoon, and Seoul will also see showers picking up by lunch time.

Up to 150 millimeters of heavy rain is in store further up north. Seoul will see 30 to 80 millimeters.

The daily high in Seoul will reach about 27 degrees Celsius. Jeju will be under mostly sunny skies all day.

With that, let's take a look at the international weather for viewers around the world.

Most parts of South Korea will have a rainy Tuesday while many regions in North Korea will see either showers or sunshine.

Many major cities in Asia will see unstable conditions with showers.

Sydney had winter-like morning at a low of 5 degrees Celsius, but this brief cold snap will ease on Thursday.

Over in the U.S, a heatwave is set to return in New York and Washington DC, getting up to nearly 100 degrees Fahrenheit.

As for South America, most major cities will enjoy sunshine with mild to warm highs.

High pressure sweeping over the UK could trigger an autumn heatwave next week.

Lastly to Africa, umbrellas are out in Cape Town as rain continues.

That's the weather update for now.
