Top court's 'comfort women' decision ranked as 'most meaningful': Survey

On Sunday, the nation's Constitutional Court, the body that has ultimate say on whether specific government actions are constitutional...celebrated its 30th anniversary.
To mark the occasion, it comissioned an online poll asking citizens to choose the most meaningful decision the Court ever made.
Twenty-four percent chose a 2011 ruling on the wartime sex slavery issue... deciding that... the government's failure to use diplomatic means to resolve the matter was unconstitutional.
Runner-up was 2 presidential impeachments -- Roh Moo-hyun and Park Geun-hye.
Coming in third was the ruling against age limit on taking the civil service exam.
