S. Korea, U.S. to hold talks on sharing defense costs

South Korea and the U.S. began the sixth round of talks on sharing defense costs on Wednesday.
Senior officials from the two countries are holding negotiations for two days at the Korea Institute for Defense Analyses in Seoul.
In the previous negotiations,.... Washington has repeatedly asked Seoul to increase its share of defense costs... demanding that a new category called "operational support".... is added to the bill that South Korea has to pay for the U.S. Forces Korea.
This "operational support" includes.... the deployment of aircraft carriers,... long-range bombers and nuclear submarines.
