Morning rain in the upper regions has gone away, but it brought some slight relief from the heat, meanwhile southern regions will be sweltering hot and sunny all day.

For a closer look, Seoul will see a high of 32 degrees Celsius while Daegu gets up to 36 degrees. Gwangju and Gyeongju will get up to 35 degrees.

As for the updates on the 19th typhoon of the season, Typhoon Soulik. We'll start to see heavy showers from tomorrow around Jeju and the southern coastal regions, with the rain gradually moving north by Thursday.

Torrential showers along with strong gusts of wind are expected to sweep the country for the next 3 days, be sure to keep an updated on the path of the typhoon.
