if there's a chance it could help denuclearization efforts.
Speaking to Japanese broadcaster NHK in Tokyo on Wednesday,... the UN chief said he would make a trip to the North if the ongoing negotiations stall,... adding that "a possible visit will depend on circumstances that make the visit useful."
Guterres is in Japan to attend the annual memorial ceremony for the victims of the atomic bombing of Nagasaki in 1945.
