Two Koreas to kick off on-site inspections on railways on Friday

Authorities of both Koreas have begun railway inspections.
According to Seoul's unification ministry, the process will first begin with the rail lines up North.
First, the section between Mount Kumgang and the military demarcation line will be inspected tomorrow... while the section between Kaesong and the MDL will be inspected next Tuesday.
The two sides will hold daily meetings right after each inspection.
Seoul and Pyongyang agreed to begin joint on-site inspections of railways in North Korea as well as those that cut across the border,... to finally modernize them.
South Korea is sending a 15-member delegation led by the railway bureau chief of the transport ministry... and the regime is sending a 6-member delegation headed by a senior official from its railway ministry.
