North Korea has reportedly built additional cooling system at its Yongbyon Nuclear Scientific Research Center.
The U.S.-based North Korea monitoring website 38 North says recent commercial satellite imagery shows Pyongyang has finished work on the secondary cooling system for the five megawatt reactor.
The website also says operational testing may have begun as early as late March.
Two additional buildings appear to have been built as well.
It's not clear what they are for,.. but 38 North speculates that they could be used to host VIP visitors or foreigners.
