Good morning. We'll have a scorching start to June with strong sunshine all day here in Korea.
Most parts of the country will have highs in the thirties, so enjoy this breezy morning before it gets too hot.
Seoul and Gyeongju will get up to 30 degrees Celsius, while Daegu, Gwangju and Chuncheon will make it to 31 under sunny skies.
So it does look to be a hot Friday afternoon with very high UV rays and strong sunshine so try to take it easy and drink plenty of water.
One sign that summer is almost here, is the major beaches are opening up, I will have details on that in my next weather report... as the summer heat will continue for a while under sunny skies.
