Now we turn to our Michelle Park at the weather center for the latest updates. Michelle, we had more than enough rain today,... but we're expecting more tomorrow?
Yes Daniel, it was like the monsoon had come today here in Korea. The rain has now gotten lighter in Seoul, but it will come back even heavier after midnight and through the morning hours. And though the precipitation continues,... warm winds kept the highs in the twenties.
Brace yourselves if you're a morning commuter in the central region,... because there's a chance it'll come down in buckets tomorrow morning. Until Friday, the capital and the west of Gangwon-do province will get about 80 millimeters more rain while light showers are expected in the south.
In the morning, Seoul will get up to 20 degrees Celsius, while Daegu and Gyeongju will begin at 21 degrees Celsius.
The daily high in Seoul will hit 24 degrees. Gwangju and Busan will top out at 26 and 22 degrees.
It'll get sunny again on the weekend with mild temperatures,... which will be perfect for an outing.
