Now, for the upcoming inter-Korean military general-level talks,... South Korea has tapped Presidential Secretary for National Defense Reform Kim Do-gyun as its top delegate.
According to a government official on Thursday, Kim was picked for his thorough understanding of the direction of the Moon administration's North Korean policies,... as well as his expertise in North Korean affairs.
Kim participated in working-level talks with Pyongyang at Panmunjom in 2011.
He was also among Seoul's delegates to the high-level inter-Korean meeting in 2014.
