Assistant Town Planner Shail Bala Sharma supervising demolitions in Himachal Pradesh’s Kasauli was shot dead allegedly by the owner of one of the properties targeted. One other official got seriously injured in the incident. The culprit is on the run and police have declared reward of Rs 1 Lakh on him.
