Good morning. Seoul and Beijing will be covered with toxic smog all day, Beijing will have unhealthy levels of pollution while Tokyo will have normal air quality.

So those of us in the capital area shouldn't spend too long outdoors, as fine dust levels will remain high all day.

The spring chill will come to an end this afternoon, so expect much milder temperatures this afternoon into the weekend under mostly sunny skies but it could be dusty.

Highs will be nearing the mid teens in most parts, Seoul and Daejeon will top out at 13 degrees, Chuncheon and Gyeongju will be mild as well at 14 and 15 degrees.

Many parts of South Korea will notice much milder highs in the afternoon with high levels of fine dust at times, while most parts of North Korea will have sunny skies.

As for the rest of Asia, Delhi is blanketed with toxic smog as well with a scorching heat of 31 degrees.

Those of you in Melbourne should enjoy some perfect weather today, but the city could see heavy rain over the weekend.

Heading to North America, Washington DC will be breezy and cold through Friday, with the possibility of snow Saturday night.

As for South America, most cities on the map will be under bright skies except Bogota.

Lastly to Africa, Cairo will be steamy hot with a high of 39 degrees.
