Twitter explains why it didn't take down inflammatory Trump tweet

Twitter revealed why it didn't remove President Trump's tweet over the weekend citing "newsworthiness" and public interest as the reasons. This despite its own rules which state users "may not make threats of violence or promote violence." North Korea's Foreign Minister took the statement as a declaration of war. The White House denied the allegation Monday.
