These microwaveable mug breakfasts make it easy to dine on the go. They only take a matter of minutes to assemble (and zap!) yet look shockingly gourmet.


Avocado Omelet in a Mug From Brandi Milloy, POPSUGAR Food Ingredients2 eggs
Salt and black pepper
2 tablespoons cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tablespoon salsa of your choice
1/2 avocado, sliced
Directions
Into a mug, whisk together 2 eggs. Add salt and pepper, and stir in cheese.
Microwave on high for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, or until eggs are set.
Top with sliced avocado and salsa, and serve immediately.
