Yup, Selena Gomez has been named the host of 2017's WE Day, where on April 27 she'll join other performers like Demi Lovato and Alicia Keys to help advocate for social change.
According to E! Online, Selena says "My first WE day experience was 3 days ago, and to say I was impressed is an understatement... the electricity of an arena full of thousands of young people who are making a real change in the world is like nothing I've ever experienced."
The WE organization has certainly done their part to make a difference for young social change makers, and bringing in talent like Selena Gomez will certainly help spread the message.
E Online reports Selena's excitement too, she says "I am grateful to be part of such a supportive community and hope I can inspire the kids at WE day just as they continue to inspire me."
