Ndërsa kryeministri Berisha paralajmëroi Edi Ramen për kosto politike nëse opozita nuk voton heqjen e imunitetit, Taulant Balla deklaron se imuniteti është çështje për te cilën te gjitha palët janë dakord, por kryeministri po krijon debat artificial. Sipas tij çështja tani është nëse klasa politike ka vullnet për te luftuar korrupsionin, duke reformuar drejtësinë, reforme për te cilën kërkohet ndërhyrje ne kushtetute. Deputeti Balla tha se mazhoranca ka përfitime si rezultat i mbajtjes se imunitetit dhe jo opozita. Partia Socialiste kërkon qe te mos ndërhyhet ne dokumentin themeltar te shtetit ne mënyrë te vazhdueshme. Sipas saj, krahas imunitetit, Kushtetuta duhet te ndryshoje edhe për emërimin e anëtarëve te institucioneve kushtetuese.

According to him the question now is whether the political class is willing to fight corruption, justice reform, reforms in the constitution which required intervention. Balla said the deputy majority has benefits as a result of holding that immunity and not the opposition. Socialist Party seeks not to intervene in the fundamental document of the state in a continuous manner. According to her, in addition to immunity, must change the Constitution to appoint members of constitutional institutions.
