The duo of husband and wife along with their maid prepare lunch for old people keeping in mind their health concerns. The tiffin includes Chapati, Rice, Vegetable and Dal, which is in a way a complete meal. Mark D’souza says that they aim at not repeating the menu at least for a week and keep in mind that the food is not spicy and oily.
Mark D’souza also shares a piece of advice for the youth –‘Follow the path of righteousness and fear God’. He also asks them to serve and help the senior citizens of the society as they are the most vulnerable people.
