A Couple That Gives Free Tiffin Service Shri Nimesh Tanna Charitable Trust #nottrending

"""The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others"" is best exemplified by a couple that provides free food to the needy every day. After losing their only child Nimesh Tanna in a train accident, life of Pradeep Tanna and Damyanti Tanna came to a complete halt. Getting back on their feet after a long time, the family decided to honor their lost son in an extraordinary way. The Tanna couple registered the Shri Nimesh Tanna Charitable Trust on 26th January 2013 with an aim to bring happiness in the life of those elders who are lost and forgotten in this fast moving 21st century. Watch the video as Anupam Purohit takes us to the trust and lets us meet the couple who is an aid to elders, suffering due to the vanishing & weakening bond with their offsprings. While telling about their trust, Pradeep Tanna acquaints us with their mission of providing the most basic requirements to senior citizens at their door steps for 365 days. The Tannas started by making food in their small kitchen for about 30 people and now provide lunch to about 100 underprivileged families in Mumbai every day. Loved by all, Nimesh may not be in this world anymore, but his friends and family are keeping him alive through a great cause.
