Mutton Keema Pao - Spicy Masala Meat Indian Style - Recipe by Archana in Marathi

Mutton Keema Pao is a spicy Indian curry, non vegetarian main course dish made with minced mutton in aromatic spices and served with hot bread (Pao/Pav). Our chef Archana shows you how to make this dish in the simplest way! Find the recipe below!

Ingredients:

1/2 kg Mutton Minced
2 to 3 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp Mix Masala
Coriander Leaves
1/2 Cup Green Peas
2 Onions
Water
Salt to taste

Method:
- First, cook the mutton keema with onion, ginger garlic paste & salt in a pressure cooker upto 3 to 4 whistles.
- In a pan, add oil. Once the oil is hot, add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder & coriander leaves. Saute the masala for a minute.
- Then add green peas & water. Cover it with a lid and let everything cook.
- Then add mutton keema paste, mix masala & salt. Mix everything well. Cover it with a lid and let the keema cook completely.
- Garnish the Mutton Keema with coriander leaves and serve it with warm Pao!
