Ingredients:-
For the Keema:-
200 gms. Keema (Minced Mutton) marinated in 1 tsp. Ginger-Garlic Paste and Turmeric Powder for 10 minutes.
1 tbsp. Oil
1 onion, sliced
8 cloves of Garlic
½ an inch of Ginger
½ cup Grated Coconut, roasted
1 tsp. Cumin Seeds
1 tsp. Mustard Seeds
1 tbsp. Red Chilli Powder
1 tbsp. Garam Masala
1 tbsp. Kala Masala
1 tsp. Salt
Water
Coriander Leaves

For the Bread Roll:-
250 gms. Maida
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Sugar
1½ tsp. Yeast
Warm Water
2 tbsp. Oil

Beaten Eggs for egg wash



Method:-
The Keema:-
- In a pan heat oil and saute onion, ginger and garlic till the onion turns golden brown.
- Then add the grated coconut, mix well and keep aside to cool down to room temperature.
- Once cooled down, grind these ingredients in a mixer grinder by adding water and form a fine paste.
- In another pan heat oil and add cumin and mustard seeds to it. Once the seeds crackle, add the ground paste to it and saute on medium flame until it starts releasing the oils.
- Now add. Red chilli powder, garam masala and kala masala to it followed by some water.
- Add the marinated keema and salt as per taste.
- Now add water and cook for 20-25 minutes with the lid on.
- Once cooked add coriander leaves to the keema and let it cool down to room temperature.

The Bread Roll:-
- In a bowl, mix maida, salt, sugar, yeast and warm water and knead a dough.
- Now add oil to the dough and beat the dough on the table top to release the gluten so as to make it elastic.
- Cover the bowl and keep aside to rise for 45 minutes.
- Once the dough rises, flatten it with a rolling pin.
- Apply butter on the flattened dough and then spread the keema on it.
- Roll the keema in the dough carefully and seal from the sides.
- Cut the roll into equal pieces and place them on parchment paper laid on a baking tray.
- Brush some egg wash on the rolls and keep covered with a cloth for 20 mnutes.
- Bake these rolls at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
- Once taken out of the oven, brush some butter on the rolls for a glazing look.
