Whisky.com tastes the Aberlour A'bunadh. The A'bunadh is a series of whiskies at the Aberlour distillery. It has over 50 batches with only a few hundred whiskies. The A'bunadh comes in cask strength, but is not a single cask whisky. This time I taste the batch 44.
The nose:
Apple, pears, light fruit, some citrus.
The taste:
Citrus, honey, sherry aroma
The finish:
Long with a lot of different fruity notes
