Whisky.com tastes the Tullamore D. E. W. 12 years. The 12 year old is a Single Malt whisky. Unfortunately it is not yet from the new Tullamore distillery. It was produced in the Cooley distillery. The D.E.W. stands for Daniel E. William the former manager of the company.


The nose:
Fruity, alcohol, sherry, quite sweet, a light citrus note in the back
The taste:
Mouthwatering, sweetness, sherry, and in the back a bit of oak.
The finish:
Medium with a little dryness and oakiness.
