Whisky Tasting: Tomatin 14 years
Nosing 7:10
Whisky.com tastes the Tomatin 14 years. The Tomatin distillery used to be the distillery with the most pot stills. There used to be 23 of them. Today Tomatin produces its Scotch whisky on only four Stills.
The 14 year old is another range extension of Tomatin and this time they used a port wine finish.

The nose:
fruitiness of berries, apples and apricots, completed with caramel and vanilla
The taste:
spiciness, dark chocolate and bitterness. A full intense whisky
The finish:
darker fruits and fading intensity
