Another of me playing the organ at St Mary's Church in Prescot near Liverpool, Merseyside.
Im playing the worship song 'In you, my God' by Francesca Leftley. In the first verse can be heard the Compton Dulciana at pitches 8 and 4 and to this is added the Compton Tromba at 8 in the second verse. In the final verse, I build the registrations up slowly to demonstrate the power of this wonderful instrument.
Many thanks to organist Tim Hall for allowing me access to this fine example of an organ which the John Compton Organ Company Ltd rebuilt.
