1984 Anti-Sikh riots case: Setback for Tytler

More than 28 years after the 1984 riots, a Delhi court has rejected the CBI's clean chit to Congress leader Jagdish Tytler and ordered a fresh investigation. Sources close to Tytler say he welcomes the court's decision. And, even as the Congress remains defensive, Akali Dal accuses the Congress of protecting its leaders like Tytler.
