India News: A Delhi court on Wednesday set aside the CBI closure report on Jagdish Tytler and ordered the reopening of the case against the Congress leader in connection with the 1984 anti-Sikh riots.

Additional Sessions Judge Anuradha Shukla Bajaj gave the order on a plea filed by a riots' victim, who is seeking further probe by the CBI in the killing of three persons, near gurdwara Pulbangash. "The CBI must record statements of witnesses that it had not done earlier. Further investigation must be done in all aspects," said the judge.
