Me playing the organ at St Alban's Church in Becontree, Essex.

The organ was built in 1933 by the famous John Compton Organ Company Ltd. Like most Compton instruments, the organ is fully enclosed and uses the 'extension' principal which in the case of this instrument, uses 4 'ranks' of pipes: Diapason, Hohl Flute, Salicional and Tromba. The specification reads:

For this first video im playing the hymn 'Jesus lives! Thy terrors now' to the tune 'St Albinus' which shows off the power of this instrument including the fine Tromba rank.
