A warrant was carried out on Monday morning which saw officers recover approximately 200 cannabis plants were recovered. A 32 year old man was arrested as he attempted to escape the property on Bamville Road and placed in police custody.
New figures show that the West Midlands's homicide rate is among the highest across England and Wales. It shows that there were 14.4 victims per million residents over the last three years. Police recorded 36 people dying because of a homicide incident in the year to March.
