The kind of dish we love: flavors, color and above all, ease of preparation. Head to Indonesia with this homemade Nasi Goreng. On the menu, cooked rice browned in a pan and mixed with eggs, vegetables, chicken and shrimp. Ingredients:
- 3 Tbsp sesame oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 shallot
- 1 carrot
- 1 leek
- 1 mild red pepper
- 1 chicken fillet
- 15 prawns
- 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 7 oz cooked rice
- 2 Tbsp tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 Tbsp onion flakes
