Colorful, mesmerizing, surprising and of course super tasty, this is how I would describe the Ottoman Candy we got to try in Istanbul. We spotted this mobile street food vendor at the end of the Galata bridge at the b plaza. It's also a great spot to grab some lunch:

Ottoman Candy

The origins of Ottoman candy can be traced back to the Ottoman Empire, where it was often served as a medicinal treat. The candy's ingredients were believed to have various health benefits, including promoting digestion, boosting immunity, and improving overall well-being.

Eminönü

Nestled along the shores of the Golden Horn, Eminönü stands as a vibrant hub of Istanbul's cultural tapestry, seamlessly blending history, commerce, and culinary delights. This bustling district, once known as Pérama, exudes an irresistible charm, drawing visitors from across the globe to its bustling markets, iconic landmarks, and delectable street food.
