Saigon Street Food: 2 Types Of Pancakes / Waffles

We spotted this lady right on the sidewalk of a super fancy shopping mall in the city center of Ho Chi Min City. Preparing two different kinds of pancakes.
She used the same dough for the classic waffle iron type and for the cake "form" to produce fluffy pancake triangles . Both cooked over hot coals.
We loved watching her skills and both types treats were delicious!
