But VHP members asserted the procession would be held as scheduled at 11am from Gurgaon to Nuh. The Nuh administration has denied permission for the event, but the main organiser says it doesn’t need any. Monday’s yatra is being organised after the previous one was disrupted because of the communal clash in Nuh on July 31.
