In this video, learn 4 exercises that will wake up your glutes: Rainbow taps, side plank clamshell thrust, tabletop hip abduction, and glute bridges. Rainbow taps and tabletop hip abduction will have you on all fours and moving your legs side-to-side in different ways to strengthen both your glutes and core. The side plank clamshell thrust and glute bridges will have you on your side and on your back. Both exercises will have you thrusting your glutes upwards repeatedly to build up the muscle.
