The first time she does it, the pancake lands square inn the pan. Excited, she goes again and manages to catch it in the pan again.
Then overly excited, she flips it for the third time, punches it in the sink to prevent it from landing on her face, and turns the whole video gold. Even funnier is the fact that she picks the pancake right from the sink and puts it back in the pan.
