It's been said time and again that 'There's no problem that Dubai can't solve." Well, turns out that heavy rainfall is an exception to that.
This compelling video shows the state of a popular mall in Dubai after intense rainfall.
"While I was in this mall, I witnessed flooding in fashion avenues, so I filmed it," the filmer, Dana, told WooGlobe.
The sight of the water flowing all over the floor would make one think that an indoor fountain malfunctioned. So, the fact that the inconvenience in question was caused by a storm shows how unprepared the mall management, and the city in general, were for such a situation.
