Lemon Rasam Ingredients:
½ cup of Toor Dal (washed and soaked in a cup of Water & 1 more cup of Water for boiling)
1 tsp of Salt,
½ tsp of Turmeric powder,
¼ tsp of Ghee,
4 cups of Water.
1 Tomato (roughly chopped)
3 Green Chilies (slit),
1-inch Ginger (grated),
3 tbsps of Coriander Leaves,
¼ tsp of Turmeric Powder,
1 tsp of Salt.
Juice of 2 Lemons
1 tsp of Ghee,
½ tsp of Mustard Seeds,
1 tsp of Cumin Seeds,
12-15 Curry Leaves,
And 2-3 Dried Red Chillies.
Coriander Leaves
Lemon Slices
