Ingredients:
For the cake
Granulated sugar 100g
All-purpose flour 100 g
Eggs 6 units
honey 60g
Grated coconut 50g

For the cream:
Sweet pastry milk 300 g
Skimmed Milk 1 Tablespoon
Sugar glass 2 Tablespoon
ground walnuts 100g
Milk cream 375 milliliters
For the cake: Cream of tartar 1/4 teaspoon
Egg Whites 2 units
Granulated sugar 100g.
