Kolkata: Governor Jagdeep Dhankar has appointed Dr. Mahua Mukherjee as the new Vice Chancellor of Rabindra Bharati University. After which the Education Department has raised a strong objection to this. After the bill was passed in the Bengal Legislative Assembly, it was sent for the signature of the Governor. But the governor has not signed the bill yet.

कोलकाता: राज्यपाल जगदीप धनकड़ ने डा. महुआ मुखर्जी की रवींद्र भारती विवि की नई कुलपति के तौर पर नियुक्ति कर दी है. जिसके बाद शिक्षा विभाग ने इसपर कड़ी आपत्ति जताई है. बंगाल विधानसभा में विधेयक पारित होने के बाद राज्यपाल के हस्ताक्षर के लिए भेजा गया था. लेकिन राज्यपाल ने विधेयक पर अबतक हस्ताक्षर नहीं किये हैं.
