नवरात्रि साल में चार बार आती है। जिसमें से दो मुख्य नवरात्रि और दो गुप्त नवरात्रि। माघ व आषाढ़ मास में मनाई जाने वाली नवरात्रि को गुप्त नवरात्रि कहते हैं। अश्विन व चैत्र महीने में प्रमुख नवरात्रि आते हैं। नवरात्रि के नौ दिन मां दुर्गा के नौ स्वरूपों की पूजा-अर्चना की जाती है। आषाढ़ मास में पड़ने वाला त्योहार गुप्त नवरात्रि मां दुर्गा के उपासकों के लिए खास होता है। आषाढ़ मास के नवरात्रि में मां दुर्गा के नौ स्वरूपों की उपासना गुप्त तरीके से की जाती है। इसलिए इसे गुप्त नवरात्रि कहा जाता है। इस साल गुप्त नवरात्रि 30 जून, गुरुवार से प्रारंभ हो रहे हैं। आइए आपको बताते है इस दिन क्या करें क्या न करें ।
