The Maharashtra Political crisis has led to the flames of protests and violence to spread through the entire state. Shiv Sena supporters in Pune have opted for violence against the rebel MLAs and have ransacked their offices, destroyed their homes, set fire to their posters and thrown eggs at their walls.
In Mumbai, Article 144 has been imposed to curb this violence.
