The East Coast energy market will begin resuming normal operations from 4am tomorrow. The Australian energy market operator last week took control of the market in order to stabilise the grid amid fears supply shortages would lead to blackouts. AEMO has today annouced it will gradually lift the suspension from tomorrow, before allowing the market to resume normal operations 24 hours later.
