'This was the exact moment Caleb Keener learned that things don't always go according to plan.
Filmed by Mary Keener, this fail video shows Caleb trying to ace his way through an obstacle course set up in his basement, and witnessing his luck running out on him as he loses his grip.
"Caleb 'Lil Kat' Keener was in his basement training to be a ninja warrior when he took this fall... Whoops!" Mary said.
The athletic subject proves to be a good sport in the end when he simply laughs off the botch.
