Overdoing stuff isn't too good of an idea and this video proves it.
In this clip, Yehonatan Biton is shown as he gets ready to let go of one bar and grab onto the next one.
In order to prepare for the big jump, Yehonatan builds up momentum by swinging on the bar. And that is where things go off-script for him.
"This was my second try at 5.10m at the championship; I had told myself I was going to do the strongest swing I could," the subject stated. "And that's what I did but I went overboard and did a 360° on the bar."
