Tiny arms fail man in T-Rex costume on 'American Ninja Warrior'

For a dude in a T-Rex costume, Reko Rivera was pretty impressive on the latest episode of American Ninja Warrior. Sadly, like the dinosaur, Rivera was gone too soon, falling into a pool of water.
