Solomon Islands Prime Minister defends China deal

The Solomon Islands Prime Minister Manasseh Sogavare has defended his country's security agreement with China. He says the agreement with China is needed in order to strengthen his country's police force and is made in the interest of regional peace. Australia says the deal could pave the way for a Chinese military presence in the South Pacific.
