Government to expand South Australian submarine shipyards ahead of AUKUS project

The Osbourne shipyards in South Australia will more than triple in size under the federal government's plan to build nuclear-powered submarines. The expansion is part of preparations for the AUKUS project announced last year with at least eight submarines to be built in South Australia.
