Tasmanians to head back to the polls with three upper seats vacant for the first time in 100 years

Many Tasmanians will have to head back to the polls in a week's time with three upper house seats left empty for the first time since 1909. Two former party leaders and two well-known mayors are in the running next weekend, but they're facing strong competition.
