चारों ओर उत्सव,पूजा-पाठ और त्यौहारों का सीजन चल रहा है। लोग मन लगाकर पूरी निष्ठा के साथ इनका पालन करते हैं। खासकर अगर महिलाओं की बात करें तो उनके लिए पूजा इत्यादि नित्यकर्म में शामिल है। लगभग सभी महिलाएं या लड़कियां सप्ताह में एक या दो उपवास रख ही लेती हैं और नियम के साथ उनका पालन करती है। अब सवाल यह आता है कि व्रत के बीच में अगर पीरियड्स आ जाए तो ऐसे में क्या करें?
